We’re hiring a


       Supply Chain Coordinator


As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you are responsible for the supervision of the inbound and outbound traffic for the assigned product/customer portfolio, and coordinate the buying, production and delivery process of goods. You meet internal and external customer needs and requirements by ensuring that products are delivered to the right place at the right time in the most efficient and effective way.


Your challenge

You ensure a high quality of service and quality standards towards customers and the salesforce to keep the customer complaint level at a minimum.  You contribute with a continuous improvement mindset to achieve the daily, monthly and yearly targets. You achieve customer loyalty and economic profitability through passion, partnership and performance. More concretely, you take care of

  • Processing of  purchase, sales and production orders, bills and accounts
  • Sales order, Purchase order and Production order fulfilment
  • Operational Inventory Management
  • Handling and reporting of non-conformities
  • Daily interfaces with various levels of Sales, Finance and Logistics Providers.
  • Improve service, delivery quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures.


Your profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supply Chain position
  • Bachelor Degree 
  • MS  Office user, proficiency in Excel
  • 1-2 years of SAP experience
  • Basic understanding of Dangerous Goods
